- Non-Receipt of Goods: If you do not receive your order within the specified delivery time, you may contact us to request a refund.
- Returns Due to Customer Liability: If the product needs to be returned due to the customer's own reasons (such as improper use, self-disassembly, human damage, etc.), and the product meets our specified return conditions (such as still having a certain use value and being able to restore basic functions through simple repairs, etc.), the customer can apply for a return but needs to bear the round-trip shipping costs on their own. Meanwhile, for returns due to customer liability, we will, based on the actual wear and tear of the product, possibly deduct a certain percentage of the fee to compensate for the loss of the product's value. In addition, if the product is returned due to customer liability, a 10% restocking fee of the product price will be deducted.

- Submitting a Refund Request: Please submit a refund request through our official website or contact our customer service team, providing the order number, purchase date, and detailed reason for the refund. In the case of returns due to customer liability, you need to provide a detailed description of the specific customer liability actions that led to the need for the product return.
- Returning the Product: If you need to return a product, please ensure that the product is in its original condition (in the case of returns due to customer liability, it needs to meet the corresponding return conditions as stated above) and includes all original accessories and packaging materials.
Website Processing Time:
- Upon receiving a refund request, we will process it within 1-3 business days and provide the return address if applicable.
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will arrange for a refund within 7-10 business days. In the case of returns due to customer liability, we will conduct a more careful inspection of the product's condition to determine the specific amount of the deducted fees (including the fee to compensate for the loss of the product's value and the restocking fee).
Refund Processing Time:
- Once the refund processing is complete, the refund amount will be returned to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
- If your refund includes shipping fees incurred at the time of purchase (for returns due to customer liability, the round-trip shipping fees are borne by the customer and will not be refunded), the refund will deduct the corresponding shipping fee amount.
