• Is there a monthly fee?
  Absolutely not! We never have monthly fees or contracts! We are free! We work with major data networks to provide us with integrated-level infrastructure access - which allows us to never charge you any monthly fees!
  
  
• What is included?
  The package includes the radio, battery, charger, belt clip, SIM card, and a whole year of radio programming and service! For an additional year of service, it costs $50 per radio per year.
  
  
• Can I make calls from one state to another?
  Yes! You can make calls nationwide - with no delays or lags, and no restrictions.
  
  
• What is the range?
  Nationwide coverage!! No delays - thousands of miles - incredibly clear.
  
  
• Do I need a license?
  No, never!
  
  
• How does it work?
  We partner with local major data networks to provide integrated-level infrastructure access - which allows us to ensure you never have to pay a monthly fee! Each LTE network has comprehensive coverage and redundancy - and not just one network - it's like a fortified phone... but it's a walkie-talkie. No delay, no lag. No programming needed. No monthly fees ever. We also offer global options.
  
  
• Is there international/global coverage?

• Can this be used in areas without cellular coverage?
  It will definitely work better than a phone - we use all carriers (not just one, like a phone) and it is a different technology than a phone, resulting in better signal.
  
  
• Do they support earplugs/headsets?
  Yes - you can connect earplugs/headsets to the radio. For earplugs/headsets, please contact us via online customer service or email.
  
  
• Are they private?
  These are secure encrypted communications using AES and 256-bit encryption standards. Not even the government can listen in - and no data is stored anywhere, as it streams audio and encrypts it. Only people in your group can hear any content, and you can also talk one-on-one or in a group setting - both are possible. This is not public communication. They are untraceable and do not record or store any content. We also have headsets to protect privacy so others cannot hear your communication. Lastly, using this device does not track you. We have IoT SIM cards from all major carriers, which are 100% anonymous and not associated with you. They are completely private - and encrypted as well.
  
  
• How is this different from a phone?
  This is very different from a phone and can be used in many situations where a phone cannot be used.
  
  (1). Unlike a phone, it is not public communication. The government cannot listen in. They use AES and end-to-end encryption standards for secure encrypted communication. Only people in your group can hear any content, or you can talk one-on-one.
  
  (2). Instant "push-to-talk" technology.
  
  (3). Unlike a phone, when calls are interrupted due to disasters (such as 9/11) and all you get are busy signals, these radios will still work. It's a completely different technology.
  
  (4). Unlike a phone, no monthly fees.
  
  (5). Unlike a phone, we use every mobile carrier (not just one). So if one carrier does not have coverage, it switches to another. Allows you to have coverage on every carrier, not just one.
  
  (6). Also provides global coverage.
  
  
• How do these groups work?
  You can have private one-on-one talk groups, and we can add users to your group or set up one-on-one conversations at any time. But it is 100% private - you can only talk to the people you allow. Otherwise, it is private and encrypted. You can have any number of groups and people at any time. We do not use public channels. Everything is private. And groups can be of any size.
• How to use the Kayotom walkie-talkie? 
  When you receive the new walkie-talkie, you just need to turn it on and can use it directly. There is no need for troublesome settings. If you have any questions, you can contact us.
