If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may return your order within 50 days from the date of purchase and receive a full refund.
The returned product must be in the same condition as when you received it, including the original packaging box and/or packaging.
How to initiate a return:
Please contact serivce@globalkayotom.com. In your email, include:
Your order number (which can be found in the order confirmation email)
Your name (or the name of the person who placed the order)
The email address used to complete the order
Photo proof of the unopened kit
A customer service representative will respond to your email within 24-48 hours.
You will be responsible for paying 10% of the returned item's price for shipping.. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are within the USA, we recommend using USPS Flat Rate Shipping services.
Please include a printout of the order confirmation email in the package for identification. Alternatively, write your order number clearly on the outside of the package in large, legible font (or print a label).
Return Timeframe:
Return processing occurs during normal business hours (Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM).
Upon receipt of the package, you will receive an email confirming that our exchange and return team has received your items.
Within 24 hours, a member of our quality assurance team will inspect the items to ensure they are unopened and in their original condition.
Upon passing our inspection, we will process the refund and notify you. Please allow an additional 3-5 business days for your refund to be processed (refunds received outside of business hours will be processed in the order they are received).
If your items do not pass inspection, we will notify you of our decision and either ship the items back to you at your expense or dispose of them.

Cancellation Deadline:
Once your order cancellation is approved, you will receive an email confirming the cancellation and refund. It may take your financial institution 3-5 business days to process your order.
