Shipping Policy

For kits shipped from China to worldwide destinations, the estimated total transit time from door to door is 5-10 working days, depending on your location. 

For kits shipped from the USA to the USA, the estimated total transit time from door to door is 2-5 working days.

EU Customers: Starting from July 1, 2021, customers in the 27 member states of the EU may be required to pay Value Added Tax (VAT) in addition to any customs fees before receiving parcels. For assistance or inquiries, please contact service@globalkayotom.com. 

For kits shipped from China:
To reduce the cost of the kits and pass the savings on to you, most of our kits are shipped directly from warehouses and manufacturing facilities located in Fujian Province, China. Typically, the total delivery time is 5-10 days, depending on your location (excluding processing time). Please note that we cannot guarantee delivery times. Customs clearance or order processing is not included. 

United States: Average 5-10 days

Europe: Average 5-10 days 
Australia: Average 5-10 days 
All Other: Average 5-10 days 

Please note that factors beyond our control, such as holiday congestion, weather events, or health crises, may affect shipping times. We apologize for any inconvenience. Items in orders may be shipped from different locations and may arrive on different dates. 

*Please note that we do not cover any customs fees or import duties that may occur upon receipt of the goods. 

For kits shipped from the USA:
Some of the items on our website are shipped from warehouses in the USA. Please note that these items have "Shipped from the USA" in their titles. 

Items shipped from the USA are only available to customers in the USA. We do not ship these items internationally. If you are outside the USA and order items labeled "Shipped from the USA," your items will be shipped from China. 

USA: 2 - 5 working days 

Items shipped from the USA are sent via USPS. The time frame does not include weekends. Orders are shipped on a first-come, first-served basis. Orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours.

Processing Time 
The above delivery times do not include processing time for orders. 

Kits from China 
Inventory Designs: Processing time for inventory designs (i.e., non-custom kits) is 3-5 working days. 

Kits from the USA 
Kits shipped from the USA: Please allow 24 hours for processing (excluding weekends). 

Please note that processing times may vary depending on the time of year. During periods of high volume, such as holidays, processing times for inventory designs may take up to 5 working days, and custom kits may take up to 5 working days to process. 

Carrier 
Once the package clears customs, you will receive it through a local carrier (USPS if you are in the USA). The time will vary depending on various factors, including seasonality, backlog, and the speed of local carriers. 

Order Cancellation Policy 
If your order has not been shipped yet, you can cancel it and receive a full refund. To cancel, please contact service@globalkayotom.com or +86 15159596106. Please allow 24-48 hours for a response. 

Note: If your tracking shows a stoppage on a specific date, please be aware that this is entirely normal as parcels are transferred from one country to another. Once in the USA, it will be quickly delivered to your doorstep via USPS! 

Shipping FAQs 
Where is my order? 

Please note that factors beyond our control, such as holiday congestion, weather events, or health crises, may affect shipping times. We apologize for any inconvenience. 

Why did I only receive part of my order? 
We ship our kits from multiple printing facilities in different locations. Therefore, kits from the same order may be shipped from different facilities and arrive at slightly different times. 

Some items in your order may arrive before others. When this happens, the remaining items in your order are likely still in transit and will be arriving shortly. 

Why is my tracking showing stuck? 
This is entirely normal. Tracking updates may be very slow as your order is transported and moved between countries/regions (parcels on container ships in the middle of oceans). 

When the item arrives in the USA, it will be quickly delivered to your doorstep. You can track it by entering your tracking ID on the USPS official tracking site. 

Why did I receive two separate tracking numbers? 
Since we ship from multiple locations, your order may arrive in multiple packages. Each package is assigned a different tracking ID. 

Which shipping provider do you use? 
Once the package clears customs, you will receive it through a local carrier (USPS if you are in the USA). The time will vary depending on various factors, including seasonality, backlog, and the speed of local carriers. 

Can I cancel my order? 
You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. However, if your order has already been assigned a tracking number, it means the order has been shipped, and unfortunately, we cannot cancel it. 

What is your refund policy? 
If you are unsatisfied with your order for any reason, please email service@globalkayotom.com and let us know your concerns. 

*We do not offer refunds for items that are still in transit.*
